Description: Beautiful New Cabin completed in Dec. 04, there are 4 BR 3½ BA located on 3 levels of living space. On the main level there is the master bedroom with bathroom, the great room with living room, and gas fireplace, dinning area, and full kitchen, and the laundry, with half bath. On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms with 1 large bathroom. And on the lower level there is 1 bedroom, with another bathroom, there is also a family room with gas fireplace and wet bar, and a separate large game room with a foosball table, we even have a game cube video game for the kids, there are 2 TVs a 35" on the main level and a 27" in the family room in the lower level, they both have DVD players so bring your favorite movie, sit by the fire after a day of skiing or snowmobiling and enjoy the calm of a Black Hills evening. Or enjoy the HOT TUB on the deck out under the stars, that's my favorite!!!

Amenities: There is a Queen bed in each bedroom, and 2 futons in the lower level, there is a full bath on each level, plus and extra ½ bath in the laundry area on the main floor. The kitchen has microhood, dishwasher, electric oven, and all the dishes, pots and pans you should need. 2 TVs with DVD players, game cube, with games, foosball table, and oh yea did I mention the HOT TUB, its outside on the wrap around deck, there is also a gas grill on the deck, and a table and
chairs so you can enjoy the cool night air.

All bedding and towels are there (enough for the 10 to 12 people), the laundry is there for you to use along with detergent.

Activities: There is plenty to do, and sites to see, Spearfish Canyon, just 4 miles away, Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Iron Mtn. Road, Needles Highway, the Historic town of Deadwood with gaming and museums etc. The Devil's Tower, Spearfish, Sturgis, are all within an hours drive. There is hiking, biking, horseback riding, golfing, snowmobiling, skiing, ATV rentals nearby, something for everyone.

Area: In the winter you can unload your sleds, and ride from the cabin to the trails, (about 1/4 mile away) and when you get back just park them outside and your ready for the next day. If your here for motorcycle riding the Black Hills are home to some of the best riding in the country, and your only 30 minutes from Sturgis, if that's your destination. If snow skiing is your thing your on Deer Mountain, why not give it a try, Terry Peak is about 15 minutes away. The Michelson Trail is just a short distance away, if your looking for a walking or biking trail, there really is something for everyone nearby.

Rates in US Funds $350.00 per night. Our rates are $350 per night with a 3 night minimum, the only exception is the Sturgis Rally. At the time of reservation there is a $350 rent deposit made to hold your reservation the rest of the rent being due 30 days in advance, we also require a $500 damage deposit at that time, which will be returned if no damage has been done, and you have left the cabin as you found it, with the exception of the laundry, which the cleaning crew will take care of. Check in time is 4 pm check out time is 11 am. South Dakota sales tax and tourism taxes apply. Entire rental agreement will be sent at time of inquiry. All dates (except for the Sturgis Rally) $350.00 per night/3 night minimum Sturgis Bike Rally time 10 days $6000 or $650 per night. Open for 2008 Rally.
